As Christner moves into the next generation of firm leadership, it has become an important focus to periodically reflect on ensuring that our employee growth aligns with our clients’ goals and projects. For almost 8 years Ericka Lanter has been a valuable addition to the firm. As a Project Architect who specializes in healthcare, Ericka has been an exceptional steward of our continued relationship with many of our healthcare clients, especially SSM Health.

She has successfully helped lead the design for some of our recent healthcare projects, including the SSM Health St. Mary’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Replacement and SSM Health St. Mary’s Emergency Department Addition and Renovation. As a result of Ericka’s commitment and dedication to the project, the SSM Health St. Mary’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Renovation was recently awarded the 2019 St. Louis Council of Construction Consumers’ Honorable Mention in Partnering. Below is a list of Ericka’s additional project experience.

Over the past couple of years, Ericka has taken on additional responsibilities and her role has naturally expanded into project management. We would like to officially recognize and congratulate Ericka on her transition into the role of Project Manager.

My favorite part of a project is the end, when the clients’ dream is realized. I especially love working in healthcare because the built environment can reach, and hopefully help, so many people.
