Shanna
Wiechel

Managing Principal
Healthcare Market Leader

As one of three managing principals for Christner, Shanna oversees the operations of the firm and is responsible for aligning staff resources with client expectations, recruiting top talent, and facilitating professional development. She advocates for innovation in technology and documentation in order to continually provide value for our clients, while staying at the forefront of design.

In addition to her leadership role, Shanna serves as principal and planner for healthcare projects, allowing her to stay actively engaged in collaboration with our clients. Her experience spans from highly-technical Hybrid Cath Lab and 3t MRI projects to highly-sensitive Pediatric and Neonatal Intensive Care Units. Beyond just creating a pleasant patient experience, her interest in lean process improvement makes efficiency of staff workflow a constant design consideration. Her work includes a variety of projects with major healthcare systems including SSM, BJC, and Mercy.
