Office space that supports openness and creativity
Project Story
St. Louis Trust Company handles multi-generational wealth management for families across America. As the generations of their clients have changed, they made it part of their strategic plan to adapt to their clients' evolving needs. As part of that plan, they wanted office space that reflected the modern way people work in the 21st century. Attraction and retention are key to the success of their business in maintaining long term relationships with their clients through several generations of families. Updating their image from a traditional staid company to a progressive one rooted in tradition paves the path into the future for their younger staff and younger clients. Included in the contemporary lobby are dark wood, draperies, and comfortable furniture that remind staff and visitors of the firm’s history and stability while signaling the future.

The Work
St. Louis Trust Company’s new office space reflect openness and creativity. Glass fronted offices bring daylight to all and touch-down team spots encourage dialog and collaboration. The space supports the ability to research and guide families in investment, business ownership transition, and setting up trusts. A large café with divisible training room incorporates bright colors and modern lighting for both congregation and learning.
